"maybe it has" Hellkin said and then added "but i wouldn't be to sure about it, Night is more powerful then he lets on, the magic he has taught you is strong but not as strong as some spells he knows."

Syrinia just glanced at the setting sun as Hellkin brought up that question. She knew the answer to it, her mother had told her many years ago when Syrinia had asked her about her rage issues. Ever since, Syrinia had tried as hard as possible to stay calm as she did not wish to harm anyone, but she had let herself slip that one time and killed her sister; her own blood. She had always been able to hide it from everyone, but not after that; her secret had been released and she had been exiled for the clan's own safety.

Night's eyes were closed now, he was still awake though.

Signus was asleep.

Hellkin then said "have you seen anyone from your clan since you left it?"

"No," she said, "no one." Closing her eyes and laying her head back on the tree's trunk, she opened her eyes to look up at the stars. It was night now, but she was not tired. Too many things were running through her head right now. Was Zytah going to be okay? Were they going to find out her deepest secret? Would they avoid her if they found out?

So many nights Syrinia had not been able to sleep when she lived in her clan. So many restless nights of wondering when she would lose control and attack the ones that gave her food, water, and a shelter. She had turned on them, and now she feared she would do the same with her new friends. She did not fear much for Night and Signus as they would probably be able to take her down easily, but Zytah, what if she turned on her? Blocking that thought from her mind, she closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

It had been too close in the castle. Gage had almost pushed her to her limit, and had almost caused her to lose control. Of course she did not care what would have happened to Gage, but if she had lost control then she would have probably attacked everyone else as well. It was just too close.

"you really should get some sleep" Night said, noticing her opening her eyes.

He wasn't going to sleep tonight, He really didn't have a reason to stay up he just did.
