Here is a list of the wildlife in Aeldra. Some of these animals may join and assist you on your quest, while others may slow you down and bring obstacles upon your journey.

Wolves:
Wolves may come in various sizes and colors depending on the region of Aeldra. They may also bring wisdom onto you or pose a great threat. Wolves are strong-willed animals that will fight 'til death inorder to protect their family. They are not fast in surrendering, and they are not easy to trick as they possess alot of wit and knowledge.

Ravens:
Messengers of Zyntharia, ravens possess great magic. They can communicate with the many beings living in Aeldra through telepathy. Ravens are normally look-outs or stalkers, observing what their master's enemies do and returning with valuable information. If you see a raven and it is not on your side, becareful for it may be watching you.

Snow Leopards:
Snow leopards are very intelligent creatures, living alone and in peculiar caves that are normally hidden with some type of force field. Snow leopards are not easy to find in Aeldra, but it is said that when you do come across one it shall grant you one wish and one wish only, so choose wisely.

Caribou:
Caribou are not really special animals in Aeldra, they do not possess any magic but they do have very powerful antlers which they use to charge at you fiercely. Caribou make very good prey for hunters or wanderers. If you happen to spot one, why not trust your instincts and go for the kill, but watch the antlers; caribou do not go down easily.

Owls:
Owls are the bringers of wisdom. Normally if someone in Aeldra had a question the best being to turn to would be an owl, the only problem is finding one in this vast area of land.

Snakes:
Intelligent and cunning, the snake has ways to manipulate beings without their knowledge of it. Snakes will carry on in their lives searching for someone to take control of with their sneaky ways. If you come across a snake on your quest, don't believe a word it says.

Foxes:
Sly and full of wisdom, the fox normally lives on its own avoiding all contact with any being. If you do indeed come across a fox, becareful because it will try to get something out of your meeting.

Hawks:
Befriending a hawk could be the best thing you do on your whole journey as the hawk will stay faithful to you always. Hawks have the power to fly long distances away from the ones they choose as their masters, yet manage to communicate telepathically and send back information of what is beyond their master's view.

Deer:
Less powerful than caribou, deer are easy prey. They can be found in almost all parts of Aeldra, and make a great dinner, but keep in mind that they do indeed possess antlers, so becareful.

Pigeons:
Pigeons can be found flying through the skies of Aeldra in almost any area. They are easy prey, and probably the most delicious type of bird in all of Aeldra. But hurry as they tend to fly away quite fast.
