Races

Here is a list of the acceptable races in Aeldra. You may modify them in almost everyway, but stick to the race's rules please.

Humans:
Humans are usually natural in appearance. They may dress in different ways depending on the class they belong to or if they even belong to any class. Humans may carry weaponry, have armor, and use magic depending on what they classify themselves as.

Human Abilities:

Adaptation- Humans can adapt to certain things like what they might hunt or a certain way of life.

Magics- humans have no magic that they alone know but can learn the magics of other races.

Wars fury- humans are a race that have grown stronger through war, in times of dire need they can triple the strength of there body

Dragons:
Normally living alone, dragons possess great power and sometimes magic. Dragons are said to be spirits that may bring great assistance or great tragedy onto villages (depending if it belongs to the light or dark side). Dragons may carry armor but it is very unusual, they may also assist in the war but normally do not belong to any village.

Dragon Abilities:

Draconian element- dragons can control a element, most are born with this control but some learn it later in there endless lives.

Draconian magic- A dragons magic is one of the most powerful types of magic, there are 3 types of draconian magic: Fate- fate can be used to change what will happen to a person or place, Drain- drain is a type of magic used to take a power away from a creature or person and give it to the dragon but can also be used to drain a person's life force to heal the dragon, Foresight- this is a type of magic used to see what may happen in the future.

Dragon scales- all dragons have scales that make normal weapons seem like flies, the only things that have ever had any effect on a dragon's scales were demonic weaponry and magic.

Dwarves:
Small creatures sometimes possessing the ability to use magic, dwarves have sometimes been seen in wars, but this is very rare. Dwarves normally possess some kind of weapon, and sometimes even armor. They normally live in large groups or with a partner, but are rarely seen alone.

Dwarve Abilities:

Technology- dwarves are the only race to have created mechanical weapons, such as guns.

Mech- they have created mechanical suits of armor that have different abilities such as flight and enhanced strength

The digger- dwarves have spent much of there lives digging, and nature has given them a set of lungs that filter out dust and things like such.

Griffins:
Very peaceful creatures (until angered), griffins may live alone or in small groups. They sometimes possess magic, but rarely ever have weaponry. They may assist in the war, but normally wouldn't belong to a village.

Griffin Abilities:

Phase out- this ability allows griffins to become untouchable, anything that is going to touch them goes through them.

Griffin feathers- the feathers of a griffin are as strong as steel and light as any other feather

Griffin claws- besides being sharp a griffins claws cause flesh to rot on contact

Fairies:
Living alone or in large groups, fairies possess a great deal of magic and may come in different sizes. They normally have some sort of weaponry but are never seen assisting in wars.

Fairy abilities:

Phantom aura- fairies can change the feel of the air around them.

The return- fairies have a magic called the return that brings people come back from the dead.

Bond- fairies can make them selves part of other creatures and can separate them selves when ever they want, the creature would gain the fairies abilities.

Elves:
Elves possess a great deal of magic, and may be found living alone, with a partner, or in small groups. Elves may carry weaponry as well, but are rarely seen fighting in wars.

Elf Abilities:

Night dweller- elves have lived most of there lives in the dark and can see in the dark because of it.

The arcane- elves have a magic that can be used to create and destroy things, the arcane magic can call forth beast,and other things, and can generate destructive forces like fire.

Dark or high- high elves are elves who's main power is the arcane , dark elves are a type of elf that focus more on warfare then the arcane they are some times called the corrupted elves because they often have a small percentage of human blood.

Angels:
Possessing magic, angels have the ability to heal and to bring peace to beings. They sometimes carry weaponry but are never seen in wars (unless if helping a certain individual with a certain task). Angels rarely display themselves openly to beings unless for a specific reason.

Angel Abilities:

Angelic magic- angels have three types of magic: devastation- this is a magic that causes harm to a enemy and is the only type of magic a angel has that harms others, enhancement- angels can make themselves and allies stronger using this magic, regeneration- using this magic a angel can heal themselves and allies no matter how bad the wound.

Angel of death- some angels have given up the ability to use all magic except devastation, but a few also go one step farther and learn demonic magic from a demon.

Arch angel- at a point in a angels life it will change into a arch angel, and will have the power of all 3 magics tripled, but will lose most of it's physical strength.

Demons:
Possessing magic, demons normally turn great allies into enemies. They enjoy causing fights and arguments, and may carry weaponry with them as well. Demons don't normally display themselves openly to beings, but will if there is a specific reason. Demons are never seen in wars, unless assisting someone in a certain task.

Demon Abilities:

Demonic magic-demons are trained in 3 different types of magics not known to other races:Carnage- causes destruction and death but can also be used to make the demon stronger, Control- is used to take control of living and non living things, Binding-is used to bind a thing to a place or person and possible the demon it's self.

Demonic magic mastery-demons can only master one of the three magics, and when they master the magic it becomes 3 times as powerful, they are not restricted to this magic though they can still use the others.

Arch demon-At a certain point in a demons life it will become a arch demon, it often happens in battle and is a different time for each demon. When they become a arch demon they gain abilities that only they have, most of the time the abilities are related to the magic they mastered.

Hellhounds:
Risen from hell itself, hellhounds are wolf-like beings that possess the power of fire. They are able to control fire in any way they wish to, and normally do not carry any weaponry but they sometimes have armor on them. Hellhounds are never seen in wars, but they are used to hunt down individuals.

Hellhound Abilities:

Fire born- hellhounds not only control fire but can heal themselves with it

Link- hellhounds have been known to link themselves to  other creatures, the creature will become hellish when this happens and will gain the hellhound's power of fire, but if the hellhound dies then so does the creature.

Demonborn- some hellhounds have changed, and are no longer normal hellhounds, they have the powers of a hellhound but the powers are incredible enhanced, some estaimate that there powers are 10 times as powerful as the normal ones, when they acive this level of power they are called Demonborn, only 1 out of 200 hellhounds ever becomes a demonborn.they are called this because like a demons transformation into a arch demon they gain a power that is unique to them.

Unicorns:
White-Very peaceful creatures, white unicorns have the power to heal with a touch of their horn. They possess a great deal of magic, and are sometimes seen as a symbol of mother nature. White unicorns are never seen in wars, and they do not carry weaponry. They do assist beings though, and normally work alone.
Black-Possessing great magic, black unicorns sometimes possess armor as well, but never weaponry. Black unicorns can be seen as the complete opposite of white unicorns as they are vicious creatures that assist demons in completeing their tasks. They are never seen in wars though.

Unicorn Abilities:

The two opposites- depending on a unicorns color they will have different magic. white will have the magic of blessed- this is used not only to heal but to make other creatures stronger. black will have the magic of void touch- with this magic they can use darkness to harm there enemies and drain the life from everything around them.

Winged bliss- a white unicorn will evental grow wings, and they will be able to not only heal people but bring them back from the dead.

Birth of a nightmare- black unicorns will eventaly lose there horn, but will gain a new magic, death force- this is a magic that cause not only death but also can torment creatures and control them if needed.

Minotaurs:
Resembling a bull, minotaurs normally have very powerful weaponry and armor. They may also sometimes possess magic. Minotaurs are normally seen in wars (belonging to a certain village), and are very difficult to take down because of their aggressiveness.

Minotaur Abilities:

Stone skin- a Minotaur's skin is as hard as stone if not harder.

War born- Minotaurs are a race born to fight and because of that they have 20 times the strength of a human.

Enraged- when a Minotaur becomes enraged it's already enhanced strength is multiplied by 10.

Werewolves:
Werewolves are humans during the day and wolves during the night. They do not possess any magic, but may sometimes possess weaponry and armor. Werewolves normally live alone or in packs. They may either belong to the light side or the dark side. Werewolves are normally never seen in wars, but may sometimes be in one if it is during the night.

Werewolf Abilities:

Infectious bite- can turn humans into a werewolf by biting them

Fury of the beast-werewolves have twice the strength of humans when in human form, and 13 times the strength of humans when in wolf form.

Beast of fear- werewolves have no fear and do not flinch from fights, but will run from a fight if they can tell they can't win.

Vampires:
Traveling at night only, vampires seek those of which to drink blood from. Vampires sometimes carry weaponry but rarely are seen with armor. They do not take part in the war, and normally travel alone, in partners, or in very small groups.

Vampire Abilities:

Night sight-they can see in the dark.

Beast of night- they have enhanced strength and speed.

Blood lust- the must drink blood to survive.

Centaurs:
Mysterious and majestic, the centaur is a cross between a human and a horse. Centaurs carry with them an aura of mystery and wonder, and as calm as they can be they can also lash out in fury if threatened. Centaurs may take part in the war, but only for the rush of the fight. They normally do not belong to any villages and prefer to live alone. They may sometimes carry light weaponry with them, but rarely armor.

Centaur Abilities:

Beast of burden- being part horse they are perfect for carrying things and have enhanced strength because of it.

War rush- after fighting for a period of time they become twice as strong as they were before.

Mezmoreize- they can cause people around them to become mezmoreized, and make them see things that aren't really there.

Centigors:
Closely resembling a centaur, but with a lion body, human torso, and goat head, centigors are vicious creatures. Always carrying a weapon (usually a spear), centigors will fight fiercely against their enemies and rarely ever befriend anyone.

Centigor Abilities:

Lions strength- Being part lion the Centigors are 4 times as strong as humans

War bread- At some point in there livfe a centigor will become ether a war claw or war horn, War Claw- a war claw becomes 7 times as strong as a human and it's claws can be extended to the length of 4 feet, War Horn- a war horn becomes twice a centigor's normal size and it's horns become twice as long but also gains the power of blind fury which allows them to incrase their strength 7 fold but will temporarily lose it's sight.

Heart of the Loner- Centigor's are natrual loners and are stronger when they fight alone, when alone they can double there strength.

The Ghoul:
They have been around since the earth has existed, they live underground and rarely venture into the sun light. The ghoul are a race with a hive mind, they aren't self aware (meaning they don't think of them selves as a individual) and never say"I" they say "we". The ghoul can communicate without speaking and anything one knows they all will know. they hate humans and other races as they see them as inferior. They have been seen in the war fighting against both sides. they are very hard to kill, as they can make inanimate objects part of their body.

Ghoul Abilities:

Blessed sight- their eyes adapt quickly to any kind of light, even if it is from pitch black to super bright.

Perfect Stealth- they move quietly and since they have no need to speak they are perfect for stealth, and use this as a advantage. they are nearly impossible to hear.

Reattachment- when hurt they may make objects part of their body, for example if one losses a hand it might replace it with a sword. their blood would flow into the sword and it would become part of it's body. they may also do this if they are not hurt.

Mutants:
Mutants are creatures that have mutated between different races of other creatures. They may have tentacles, slime, fangs coming out of the wrong holes, etc. There really is no limit to how a mutant may look, as long as the creature is not invincible.

Mutant Abilities:

Mutate- allows them to grow more limbs at will.

Regrowth- the can regrow limbs that have be severed.

Acid Blood- there blood is acid like and can melt through most metals.


Skaven:
Humanoid rats, they have the quick-thinking mind of a human, but the wits and sneakiness of a rat. They normally live in garbage-infested areas, and attack usually in packs.

Skaven Abilities:

Cornered- when cornered there body releases adrenalin causing them to move faster and hit harder.

Claws- they have claws that are as hard as steel.

Feast- they can literally eat anything without becoming sick, rotting meat, metal, glass, wood, anything.

Nexions:
Nexions are imune to virtually every disease. They are dragon-like humanoids that are an average of 7'0". They have venome glands in there jaw that have a very leathal toxin; it can kill a human in fifteen minutes. It causes the victim to bleed from every pour in there body (very similar to Ebola). There leader is Queen Sention.

Hybrids:
Hybrids can be any mix of two races. They may be magical or not, wear weaponry or not, live in small groups or large groups, it all depends on the two parent breeds. If you are a hybrid please keep it logical (ex: do not claim to be a werewolf/hellhound hybrid and suddenly fly).

Hybrid Abilities:

Hybrids take abilities from the races they are hybrids of, until they have three abilities like all other races.
