Powers it has: The armor gives a Male wearer the powers of the Goddess of War till it is taken off: Fire control, summoning of her followers, conjuring monsters and cretures to do your mitting, and slight mind control powers over kings and Queens.
It will turn a Female wearer inot the goddess of war, giving her the powers impermanently and also the power to consult her for advise when needed (she would be in the form of a Dragon made of red Fire). Which is why they are not allowed to touch it by the Goddess of Wars followers.

It's Legend: Ever Since the frist Goddess of war existed the armor has, it was wore into battle by the frist Goddess of War and she bled into it her powers, and gave it the power to as long as there wasn't a current Goddess that any Female that Put it on would become the New Goddess.
