short book idea

mmkay, i've been thinking about writing a book about this demonic/vampiric assassin and his dark god whom he serves unquestioningly. his name is Edge, his god is known as Durash.
basically it outlines his life, his becoming a demon/vampire creature, serving his god and eventually abandoning him and trying to escape from the Reapers (death souls that appear when people are about to die and vicious guards of the evil god). i'm thinking of making it into a series of short books, called the Nightlife series
so, um, tell me what you think about it, if someone else was gonna do something like this thats very similar let me know, and if theres no problems with it then i should be starting it as soon as possible and posting lil tasters for y'all if you're interested

sweet, well ive finished the first part (its now gonna be an internet story series, not book series)
i can post it here if everyone wants, or i can email a couple of copies if only one or two people on want to read it
