Powers it has: can change the wearer into a Dragon, and gives the wearer the power to turn dragons into humans

Location: unknown

Guarded by: living fir and ice

Is it alive: no

It's Legend: There once was a time when dragons and humans livied side by side, this ring comes from that time, it was created by the Dragons to give there friends the power to change into them.
