Alright, so I finally added levels to the number of posts that are made in the forum, meaning, you will be at a certain level depending on how many posts you have made in the past. Reference is below:

Lurker - 0
Fledgling - 50
Apprentice - 420
Disciple - 820
Master - 1020
Elder - 2620
