Powers it has: links the minds of all who use it, gives the power to make other objects part of their body

Who has it: The Ghouls

Location: in the center of any ghoul hive

Guarded by: The ghouls

Is it alive: yes

It's Legend: the gems of dread where created by the ghouls as a means to link all of them, but the power that was trapped in the gems corrupted the ghoul and they split into hives. It is said that they trapped part of the essence of evil and then trapped it in a diamond
